Nacogdoches County Board OF REALTORS®, INC. Affiliate Membership

CLASS OF MEMBERSHIP:

Affiliate level membership is available to real estate owners and other individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in REALTOR® member classification or Institute Affiliate classification, have interests requiring information concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of the board.

AFFILIATE DUES and BENEFITS:

$182.00 PER YEAR ($100.00 LOCAL/$82.00 STATE) January - December

Affiliate members are included on membership roster at local, state and national level and are invited to participate in local membership meetings (monthly luncheons) and other special events. Membership also includes subscription to the Texas REALTOR® magazine and member access to Texas Association of REALTORS website.

NACOGDOCHES HOMES AND LAND MAGAZINE:

The Homes and Land magazine is published through the Board office as a service to REALTOR® members and provides an economical means for REALTOR® members to advertise property listings for sale. Additional ad space is open to Affiliate members to advertise services to the REALTORS® and real estate consumers. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject advertising copy. Following is a current price list for advertising.
