Our Board of Directors has voted to increase the ad fees for the Homes and Land Magazines. A contract will need to be established in order to assure we have pages in the magazine for your ads. As of April 1, 2008 a contract will need to be signed by the advertiser for the remaining of the 2008 year. Each year in November a renewal contract will be mailed to you for any changes on the renewal for the following year. The contract will need to be renewed no latter than Dec. 31 st . We appreciate your continued advertising support.

As a courtesy to our readership, we reserve our advertising space for businesses directly related to real estate.
