Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate professional with Paragraph 4 Leases in the One to Four
Residential Contract TREC Form 20-16. With an in-depth review of TREC Form 51-0 Addendum Regarding Residential
Leases and TREC Form 52-0 Addendum Regarding Fixture Lease. This class will prepare license holders to properly
use and complete the forms and be confident when presenting it to buyers and property owners.
